Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced powerlifter, Strong provides everything you need to record your workouts as effortlessly and as quickly as possible. Unlike other fitness apps, Strong doesn’t bog you down with distractions and unnecessary gimmicks you’d never use.

Strong is optimized for a progressive barbell routine such as Starting Strength or StrongLifts 5x5, but it is easily adaptable to any other routine of your choosing!

Strong will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew at the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

If you’ve previously purchased “Unlock Strong” or “Strong Combo Pack”, you’ll be able to use the Restore Purchases option in the app for access to all Strong PRO features.

Best sport app Ive ever used and believe me Ive tried a few others as well as the mains on the market like JE** or what ever. This one is simply amazing and doesnt need to be in a "community" which is what I like !
Love the new look and all the new features. Best tracking app out their for lifting weights by far.
Excellente. Idea for record and remind during exercise. User friendly, easy to add or adjust your personal workouts. Things to improve … I may say records transf to apple health, share record with some others health app. Also expecting apple watch syn. In a word, good app, go for it no regrets.
Keep it as simple as now. 2 suggestions: 1) the possibility for 15 sec steps for Rest Timer 2) the Option to keep the previous rep amount as default for the new workout. Eg when I want to increase my workload by adding one More Rep and the remaining Sets are like before.
This app is the best Ive tried so far in the app store. The ui is very easy, beautiful, practical and does not stand on your way while working out. Simple, intuitive, feature complete. This is the best app for starting strength/5x5-like programs. Id love to be able to move sets and reorder them within an exercise.
Best app for logging your workout. It was never easier before :) This app in german would ne nice!

Some bad moments

This app is completely crippled after the upgrade. I didnt pay for the expensive power pack for this.
My history for past years, my routines, records, all gone after silly update. Support do not answer, give my money back!
