Im not great at writing reviews and its not my fav thing to do but I had to make an exception for the Strong app. I used to work out years ago so I kind of knew my way around the gym. But fast forward 10 years and I felt like a novice when I stepped back in at the beginning of 2016. I tried multiple workout apps but this one is hands down the best app out there. Its very simple to use when you start off but once you figure out a routine or 2 you the App is actually quite advanced. This app is a must if you are heading back into the gym or are sick of the pen and paper way of tracking your workout progress.
