This app has all the features that I want, but its not quite as intuitive as I would expect in 2016. For some reason, it doesnt save my workouts, so when I go back two days later to start my next workout it says it has been going on for 48 hours. I also havent been able to find a timer for between sets that gives me an alarm when the time is over. I wouldnt doubt that there is one, but finding it and using it appropriately is not as easy as it should be. Even so this app has more functionality been any other I have found, including StrongLifts.
