Great for setting up routine but

I love the ease to which you can set up a routine on this app. One navigation issue I ran into was that after configuring my routine I thought it was also the workout. This was because I tapped new workout at the bottom and it came back to the routines screen. In the upper left will be a navigation back to the workout creation screen.

Nearly perfect

I tried at lest 10 similar apps until I found this. Exactly what I wanted with the perfect UI.

This app works the way you want it to work for logging your work outs.

Print too small

Nice app but print is too small to read with out glasses... Not useful in the gym.

Easiest way to track workouts.

I use this app every day. It helps me show my progress and make sure Im on the right track. It is amazing.

Simple, Intuitive, Perfect!

This may be the most intuitive app of any kind Ive used in years! Picking it up, having never used it before, it felt like I already knew exactly how everything worked! Shout out to the developers for this one.

Love this app. So easy to use at the gym and makes logging your workouts simple. It definitely pays for itself.

Good but needs work

Pros: -Free! At least for a while until you want to start logging stuff seriously. -Its really easy to look at. Its not cluttered at all. -the stats window is kinda fun to look at Cons: -why do you have a profile screen if I cant even switch to a different profile? My partner and I cant share the same app/input data in one place. His app that we have been using does it too. -I cant export my list of workouts or import them from an outside source. If were working out together we both have to log it separately already but we have to create all the routines separately too which is time consuming and I would rather just forget it. -Let me sync my database in the cloud. Or allow my spreadsheets to auto sync with google docs so I cant lose it. These features would be worth paying for rather than themes and sounds.

Exactly what I was looking for

Great app for tracking progress on any lift or exercise.

No Timed Exercises

If all you want to track is sets x reps this app will work for you. However, if you want to specify a duration (plank for 45 seconds for example) then you will be left wanting. As a workaround I am putting the number of seconds in the reps field. This won’t work well when I want a duration of minutes & seconds.

Great App

Only thing I dislike is that your "records" arent reflective of your one rep max percentage. For example, if I do 185x1 and 175x5, it says my record is 185x1, when in actuality 175x5 is better in terms of a one rep max percentage.

Limited

Tried this app for a few weeks. The exercises are limited, no way to customize or add more. No pictures or video demonstrations of exercise techniques. I paid $7 for the full version and got a fraction of what other similar apps are offering at half the cost.

Great app & Easy to use

Like that everything is ready to access use and find. Its nice if I want to add or change an exercise or routine to my own terminology.

This app is simple and easy to use. Its useful for both lifting weights and cardio.

Great workout app

I have been using this app for about 2 months now and I believe it to be a great app for working out. You can build your own routines and it keeps excellent track of each exercise. The timer function is great to use to track rest time between exercises. All in all it is well,worth the price.
