Easy to use!

Strong is a great app! I can adapt the routines to my unique lifting style. I like that I can add in my yoga days as well. Highly recommend using Strong!

Best workout app!

Been using Strong since it came out. Best app purchase ever! Design is so smooth and everything is so well thought of.

Needs more work

Need a way to share workouts, even if it was an export to the app data, this will also help promote the app... the csv export is too raw and not interesting. The app should track when you complete an exercise to give a time frame to the work out. Add weight, height, and track calories, cardio session health should have that mapped in I think. Just havent worked out with the watch yet.. yeah you need a watch app, very bothersome to take the phone out of your pocket every set. Makes me not want to use the app.

I use Strong on all of my Strength workouts and absolutely love it. It is the best way to perform your program and capture the work done and then use the data for feedback. The interface is made simple and quick to use to not get in the way of your training. The set timer and bell is a nice touch, I love hearing thequick sound of the boxing bell played over my music to start the next set. Now, PLEASE integrate a planned and performed RPE column as this is the way most of us train these days allowing us to best reach our goals depending on how our body responds on a given day. Very happy to support this, keep up the great evolution! Thanks for making all of us Strong <3

Nice and simple

It doesnt try to complicate everything with additional features. It does give the user access to add his own workout and also keep track of progress. The only comment tho is that Id to be able to keep my weight in metric but the rest of the app imperial

This app has all what I want.

Simple, Clean, Fantastic

Finally a workout log app that allows me to enter exactly the weights I work with at my gym, instead of predetermined increments which were never what I was actually lifting. Imagine having to record 5kg, 6kg, 7kg as 5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg and you get the idea. I look forward to the next update when the app integrates with iOS 8s "Health" App. Kudos to you, Cameron. This app is completely crippled after the upgrade. I didnt pay for the expensive power pack for this.
