Good app, small changes

I love this app. Its easy to use, simple, love the sets and reps format and exercises. Only two issues: 1. You can only track one workout per day 2. The app occasionally closes while tracking workouts Other than that, this app is the best workout tracker along with the strong lifts app, but on that app you cant choose your own routines. Good work.

Couple improvements needed, but still best out there

This app has all the features that I want, but its not quite as intuitive as I would expect in 2016. For some reason, it doesnt save my workouts, so when I go back two days later to start my next workout it says it has been going on for 48 hours. I also havent been able to find a timer for between sets that gives me an alarm when the time is over. I wouldnt doubt that there is one, but finding it and using it appropriately is not as easy as it should be. Even so this app has more functionality been any other I have found, including StrongLifts.

Best workout app Ive used.

Simply the best

No other app is even close in terms of ease of use and functionality. You have the features of a full blown desktop tracking app, with the ease of use of paper and pen. Love it. The dev also seems very dedicated to keeping up to date with bug fixes and feature requests. Do yourself a favor and buy every add on, with every penny.

Although I would prefer more variability on exercises, resistance type, and routine modification, this is hands down the best tracking app Ive used and one of the few apps in my life Ive purchased the full version of. I expect it to improve massively as time goes on as well.

Nice app. One thing...

Nice app, simple design, not a lot of unnecessary junk. However the app needs one thing! Please add an option for the exercise performed to go up in X amount of weight if all reps/sets are completed. Also noticed the default weight for an exercise stays the same as the original amount even if you have gone up in weight on the previous workout. A few tightening of those details and the app would be flawless. Thanks so much for making a no-nonsense app to carry at the gym!

Has everything for tracking workouts

Been using the app for a few years and Strong 4 is an awesome redesign. The UI is very intuitive and doesnt take long to master. Lots of flexibility with timers, notes, exercises, etc. Great job!

Spent years writing logs down.

Ive always struggled to find a good replacement to writing down workout logs on paper. This app is the only one that Ive ever kept. Its so well laid out. Its so well designed. Its simple. Its easy to use. Has built in timers. You can customize your routines and exercises a lot. It keeps easy to view histories and shows you what your last workout stats were during a routine. Its good. Its worth the few dollars to fully unlock. You idiots would spend that on two cliff bars anyway.

Good app, NOT FREE

This is a fine app, but its only free for the first four workouts. After that youve got to pony up $5. Otherwise, its a great app. Worth the $5.
